• Visitor Tile Access Logs: We collect visitors’ IP addresses, the tiles they access, and the client’s Accept-Language header. This data is crucial for billing purposes and effective tile management. Logs are retained for 35 days.
• Account Owners’ Email: We collect the email addresses of account owners for user identification. User management is securely handled through the leading authentication service, Auth0.

3. Data We Do Not Collect

• Credit Card Information: If you are on a paid plan, your credit card information is stored with Stripe. We do not store your full card number or CVV code. For more details, please refer to Stripe’s Privacy Policy.
• Passwords: Your password is managed through Auth0 (Okta). We do not store or access your password. For more details, please refer to Auth0’s Privacy Policy.
